    Description

2022 was a cool and moderate season, perfect for the development of elegant and intense Cabernet Sauvignon. On the 19th of April, Cabernet Sauvignon from our Dead Morris vineyard (91%) was handpicked and co-fermented with 9% Petit Verdot, with maceration on skins for 16 days. As an expression of this tradition, the Balnaves family see the wine “The Tally” as the ultimate achievement for their company.
