Coonawarra @ Heart Masterclass – The ageing ability of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Since the planting of the first 5 hectares of vine

Since the planting of the first 5 hectares of vines in 1975, the Balnaves vineyards have grown steadily. The principal variety planted is Cabernet Sauvignon, which accounts for 70% of the area whilst the addition of Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Chardonnay make up the total vineyard area. We are now very busy with vintage 22, and it's looking great! #V22

100% of our tasting fees are being donated to a charity of choice. Since December we have been raising all funds to the Royal Flying Doctor Service. So far we have raised $7245 🤍🤍🤍

-Would you rather be without elbows or without knees? Neither but if I had to pick, elbows.
-Do you have any secret talents? Yep, I am a table tennis champion.
